I ordered three items one was a trolley which i received. Others were a set of woods and another was a top. The latter was said as being limited stock but if you still have the item on your website then customers would presume you have them in stock - not the case. The woods i would told had to be ordered in and not till june! Got them elsewhere.

Waiting nearly 4 days and order still not here after paying for 1st class Royal Mail.

You can blame the mail but it does not help me

Sorry to hear you have not yet received your package. Given the timeline below, and the increased volume of orders at this time of the year, we did our best to expedite its delivery:_br /_ Tue 02/12/2014 21:47 Order Placed_br /_ Wed 03/12/2014 11:25 Notified no Burgundy in stock, only Red, Blue and Black_br /_ Thu 04/12/2014 11:19 Notified we will ship Black instead following receipt of email_br /_ Thu 04/12/2014 15:44 Shipped by Royal Mail_br /_ Sat 06/12/2014 16:07 Email received notifying us of non-delivery_br /_ Sat 06/12/2014 17:45:25 Shop Review received_br /_ Were it not our busiest week of the year, we would have hoped to have been been able to turnaround the replacement and make last post on Wednesday rather than posting it on Thursday._br /_ Unfortunately Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery for items sent first class and at this time of year it is very difficult for them to process the increased workloads within their usual delievry windows._br /_ If the package does not arrive we will of course send a replacement and pursue the matter with Royal Mail._br /_ Apologies once again for not meeting your expectations.
